Delivery Process

At Alada Meat, we ensure your order reaches you fresh, clean, and on time.
Here’s how our delivery process works:

  1. Order Placement
    • Browse and select your desired meats, seafood, or masalas from our website.
    • Add them to your cart and complete checkout by providing accurate delivery information and preferred delivery time slot.
  2. Order Confirmation
    • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call.
    • Our team will verify stock availability and freshness before processing your order.
  3. Cutting & Packaging
    • All meats are freshly processed after order confirmation.
    • We follow strict hygiene and halal standards.
    • Each item is vacuum-sealed or hygienically packed to preserve freshness during delivery.
  4. Dispatch & Delivery
    • Orders within Dhaka city are usually delivered within 4–8 hours (same day).
    • Deliveries outside Dhaka are dispatched through our trusted cold-chain logistics partners and usually arrive within 24–48 hours, depending on location.
  5. Receiving the Order
    • Please check the package immediately upon delivery.
    • If you notice any issue (e.g., damaged packaging or quality concerns), notify our delivery team right away or contact customer service.
  6. Delivery Charges
    • Delivery charges vary based on location and order value.
    • Free delivery may apply for orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the website).

  1. Product Quality

All meats are freshly sourced, 100% halal, and handled in a hygienic environment.

Actual weight of meat may slightly vary (±5%) after cleaning and trimming.


2. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are inclusive of standard processing and packaging.

Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), or Online Payment Gateway.

We reserve the right to update prices or product availability without prior notice.


3. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver orders within the committed time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

If delivery cannot be completed, our team will contact you to reschedule or refund your payment.

Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are correct and accessible.


4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the package is opened or tampered with.

If the product is delivered in an unacceptable condition (spoiled, damaged, or incorrect item), please report it within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 3–5 working days.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing (usually within 30 minutes of placement).

Once an order has been processed for cutting or packaging, cancellation is not possible.


6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must be available to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot.

In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.


7. Website Usage

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel user accounts in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
